Arrived on time and everything was well packaged. I purchased it for my stepdaughter as a gift and she loves it.Easy to manage as well.

We got this for my daughter for her birthday, she wants to start sewing and making things. She made a tote bag in her first sewing class with fabric that the teacher chose and although the fabric was not too heavy it was a little heavier than your average cotton blend and the machine could not handle it. Just so you know it is great but keep the fabrics on the lighter side.

Love the machine. Works well and got it on time.

This machine is very good. Does everything needed for more basic sewing projects. But the company and customer service is the worst I’ve ever encountered. The first machine didn’t work, so they sent me a replacement that also didn’t work. Then they sent me another replacement, and it was a completely different lower model sewing machine. I contacted the company and they said it’s past the 30 day window so they couldn’t help me. Thankfully Amazon stepped in and helped but the company is terrible.

I think I'll like the sewing machine but Singer's registration site won't allow me to register for the warranty. It keeps rejecting the model #. Does this mean I can't have a warranty?
