Warming effect is good but traction is not enough for my back .

This does provide a decent stretch, but the vibration and light functions leave much to be desired for the price

I didn't love this item but I think that's more a me thing than the product. The cord was very short which made it difficult to use.

This looked like it would have been an excellent pain relieving device but it actually caused me more back pain. It was very uncomfortable to try and lay on even at its lowest height adjustment. I tried it various ways but could never get to a point where it felt even remotely comfortable as it caused too drastic of an arch in my back. I think it is a great concept but the product definitely needs to go back to the design drawing board. All I can say is Ouch!
