I have tried and thrown away mascara over the years. But then decided to try one more time. Magic! This 64 year old woman found her pretty lashes again! Great product. Wand is easy ro use and transfers just the right amount of mascara. No clumping and long-lasting. A new forever staple!

This is the best mascara I have ever bought. Especially the wand! Unfortunately I was allergic to it And had to give it away, but I really had great lashes!

I’ve been meaning to write a review on Rumi VolumeCare+ mascara for months. I just removed it after 24 hours of traveling, and decided it was time! Seriously, looked perfect after 24 hours. The first time I used the product (about 6 months ago), I pulled the applicator out of the tube of mascara and thought to myself, “Oh, this is far too wet. It’s going to be a rummy mess.” Wrong! My short stubby eyelashes lengthened immediately, and the mascara dried on them within 15/20 seconds - no running, no mess. I bought this product to specifically address the bald spots I’d been getting in my lashes. Previously, I’d wear mascara a few days, I’d develop lashes spots, quit wearing mascara until they grew back, and begin the cycle again. This has fixed that problem. Lashes are probably healthier than they’ve been in years.

I have purchased this mascara twice. Love the mascara but the tube breaks apart above the brush so the mascara all dries out. This has happened to me twice with this product. will not buy it again unless they correct this problem. I tried to fix it by pulling it apart to super glue it, but that didn't work. Twice! Not a cheap product to have it fall apart on me.

I’m 68 years old, and fortunately still have fairly long eyelashes. But was looking for a mascara to enhance them. This is a great mascara, and its wand truly does help lengthen my lashes. The color is great too. My only complaint is that the wand gets too much product on it, so I have to wipe a lot of it off. If I don’t, then my lashes will clump together, and it becomes a big mess! However, when I wipe off the excess product, then my wand and product do exactly as described in lengthening and beautifully separating my lashes. The drawback is that I’m wasting a lot of product, which is like throwing money down the drain. Oh well, at 68, I’ve learned that life isn’t perfect. And because I’m very happy with the results after I wipe off the wand, I’ll most likely order this mascara again.

Over 70, I've tried a lot of mascaras advertised for "mature women". It's OK; not bad applying, but a lot more effort removing, than Blinc and Thrive .. both of which I like better.

UPDATE: I’ve changed my review to reflect the level of customer service this company provides. They responded to my original review and that was very much appreciated. I would be willing to try other products simply because their customer service was so exceptional. Although this product did not work for me it doesn’t mean it won’t work for someone else. Original review: Unfortunately, this product is not what I hoped. So much mascara on the brush when you pull it out it’s impossible to get a smooth application. My eyelashes are completely clumped together. I love the color but absolutely nothing else. I would definitely return this product if I could, especially since it was expensive.

I love this mascara! I am 73 years old and have problem eyelashes if you know what I mean. This mascara really coats my lashes evenly without clumps. It really makes my lashes look longer and stand out against my drooping under-brow skin. It also stays put until I take it off. I have had trouble with mascara bothering my eyes and causing my eyes to water. This mascara does not bother my eyes in that way at all. I would highly recommend this product and I will definitely purchase it again.

Love this mascara. It does as advertised

After reading all the reviews on how brilliant this product is, I decided to treat myself and pay out (for what I feel is a lot of money for a mascara.) The first time I used this product I was WOW this is fabulous, second day of use exactly the same, my lashes looked amazing, length was lovely, individual lashes were coated smoothly with no clumping, and I was very impressed. (I will just add that it is very messy to take off. It removes easily enough, I use Miscellar eye makeup remover with cotton pads but it takes a lot of soaked pads) HOWEVER, (I don’t wear makeup everyday) so 2 weeks later when I went to use it again it was a completely different experience. Even though the top was screwed on tight, the product had become clumpy, thick and I couldn’t get it to smoothly cover my lashes, however customer service were amazing, and after a few emails expressing my disappointment they offered me a full refund or replacement to try again so I’m giving it another go. I’m hoping this time it works like the first few goes, but very impressed at how this has been handled hence 5 *s

My wife definitly likes this mascara as she says it goes on smooth and never cakes up, also it looks extremely good to me , she recommends it to anyone wanting a professional looking mascara and says it's worth paying the little extra for the quality.

Meilleur mascara à vie. Hydrofuge, fait de très beaux cils, car le mascara a une texture finement crémeuse. Noir magnifique! Il vaut son prix!

Hard to remove. Went on beautifully but flaked hours later and it was difficult to remove. Hard on lashes.
