"Mini Egg Madness—Worth Every Bite!"
I bought these Cadbury Mini Eggs in bulk from Amazon, and let me tell you, they’re dangerously delicious. Buying in bulk makes them way cheaper than the local store, and the giant bag is perfect for all my baking needs (and sneaky snacking sessions). Sure, a few of the eggs come a little broken, but honestly, I don’t mind because it just means I get to crush them up and make the most amazing Cadbury Mini Egg cookies. These cookies are so good, they’ve become everyone’s favorite Easter treat. My kids are literally knocking down the door just to get a taste! If you love Cadbury Mini Eggs (and who doesn’t?), buying in bulk is a game changer. Perfect for baking, gifting, or just indulging in chocolate bliss. Highly recommend!

My favorite candy -excellent shipping packaging
Exactly as advertised. Great flavor! It is the real thing. Came in a regular clear bag - not the packaging for a store. The shippers also wrapped the bag in an insulated wrapping. No melting at all, and they were left outside my house with high outside temperature. Only a few were chipped, but that doesn’t matter to us, anyway. We aren’t using them as decoration for a party or event. I would definitely buy again.

but boy am I glad that I didn't listen
I was hesitant to order these based on some of the negative reviews, but boy am I glad that I didn't listen. The eggs are definitely Cadbury Mini Eggs. They are fresh and DELICIOUS!!! Yes some of the eggs have damaged sugar shells, but that is to be expected when you get a bulk 5 to 6 pound bag. Most of the eggs are intact and PERFECT!!! Take a chance you can't beat the price.

Wonderful! The best candy!
They're so good, and hardly broken at all. Nothing like the pictures. A few of them were missing coating, but most are fine. I think people's mailmen is the problem. The bag tore easily, so I put them in a ziplock.

Disappointed in product
I was totally disappointed when I opened the package. I was staring at at least 75% of the product with the shell broke or the actual egg broken.

Fresh and tasty but more than half are broken
Update 2019: Gave it another shot this year. If anything, more were broken and discolored this year than in 2018. Also had deformed eggs in this batch. Although a good value for Cadbury brand and fine for eating, I think I'll look for the vendor I used 3 years back; this shipment was just too damaged and imperfect for my needs. If you're just going to shove 'em in your mouth by the handful, these will be fine but I wanted to use them for visual appeal and they just don't pass muster. ------ (original review from 2018) Good, fresh and tasty Cadbury eggs. Unfortunately, though they seemed well packaged, more than half arrived broken. Can't use them for decorating but they are edible.

A pretty good imitation of Cadbury's wonderful mini eggs
I was very excited to open these when they arrived via Prime. Inside the Amazon box was a tightly wrapped bubble package; inside the bubble package was the clear plastic bag containing 6 pounds of mini eggs!! My immediate observation was that very few eggs were broken - I would venture to say that the "perfect" egg rate was higher than I would expect out of a retail bag - maybe a dozen or so out of 6 pounds were cracked, split, or had imperfect shell coverage. I was quite pleased. We had a family gathering for Easter the following day with about 15 guests, and into the candy jar my wife emptied a full retail bag (18 oz) of Cadbury mini-eggs; of course you can imagine my disappointment at how quickly those eggs vanished. After dinner, while everyone was in different rooms or otherwise inattentive, I secretly filled the candy dish with these eggs, not having first tried them myself. With mixed feelings, as our friends and family were getting ready to depart, I watched as guests shoveled handful after handful of these bulk mini eggs into their chocolate holes. They disappeared with the same speed (or perhaps even faster) than the retail bag product. As far as a party of guests is concerned, then, I dub these to be "the real deal". For those with a refined taste for the original Cadbury chocolate mini-egg, a slightly different story awaits. It took a couple of days for the excitement to wear off such that I could discern a very slight difference in taste between these bulk mini-eggs and genuine retail-bag mini-eggs, but now I can confidently say there is a difference indeed. I can't say what the difference is other than to say the chocolate simply seems to have a less "creamy" feel to it. When compared side-by-side with the retail product, the bulk mini-eggs are a mix of perfectly pasteled solid colors with pretty much identical shades to the retail product *but*, retail mini-eggs are not solidly colored; they are very lightly speckled (and that light speckling is exaggerated on the retail packaging, showing that the speckling is intentional). Side-by-side, it's evident that these are not the same products we find in retail bags. With that said, while I certainly prefer the original Cadbury Mini-Eggs, this "pretty good imitation" is indeed pretty good; and if you are buying them for other people, these will disappear just as quickly as the originals.

HUGE bag, this is the real deal (for sure that Cadbury mini-egg flavor), only a few were cracked
Overall this is exactly as advertised: a giant big-ass bag of Cadbury mini-eggs (and if you eat the whole bag, you will soon have a giant big-ass!). I am not certain if this bag is truly 5 pounds or 6 pounds, but it sure is heavy. It was packed nicely in a plain clear bag, and that was packed in a bubble-wrap bag. Upon delivery, none of the eggs were melted, and only a few are cracked or have chunks missing (maybe 1 out of 20; they are not quite as perfect as a standard bag which has maybe 1 in 40 that are cracked, but certainly is acceptable, and they taste the same whether cracked or intact). And these are absolutely brand-name Cadbury eggs, or else are perfect clones. There is a special flavor that you are probably familar with if you are reading this review; yep, these are the real deal, so buy with confidence. Does anyone really NEED a massive bag of chocolate? Nah, but you only live once, so if you want to live large, go for it and enjoy!
