That's right. Common terminal, Normally Open and Normally Closed in terminal type.

Q: Op and pt are not listed on the drawing: 1)what is the initial height of the roller from the mounting screw cl? 2) how much over-travel?

I can’t answer this as it’s been over a year since the purchase other than it works for my purpose intended

The switch has 1 form C contact it is rated to 250 volts clearly on the label

Q: Is this for sliding glass doors to activate an air curtain?

Not sure how to attach to a sliding glass door. I used one on a hollow metal door and it worked as advertised.

Just as good as the expensive switch.

The place I work has a commercial kitchen and the switch that operates the "fly" fan over the door went out. I went to the name brand site and saw the switch for just over $100, I searched and found one on Amazon for $17. It arrived a couple of days later and was identical to the more expensive switch, I installed it and it is still doing the job it was designed for. If I'm satisfied, it must be good, I'm very hard to please when it comes to any type parts.

Well made not overpriced

So far so good. Used this to replace a broken microswitch on an air curtain . Seems well made and switch is easy to install. I would buy this again.
