Simple, easy to fit replacement for original unit. Once washer was slid out of cabinet, and side removed, only took couple of mins to fit. Comes with fitting instructions, but you have to figure out how to remove the washer side panel yourself. Mines a Siemens dishwasher - the side panel has one screw at the front low down, and a clip system on the top you have to prize open (easily with screwdriver) and panel drops away at the bottom. I found it easier to fit the spring, then the front plastic clip on the door and then stretch the spring to fit the cord over the pulleys - rather than fit the spring, put the cord over the pulleys and stretch the cord onto the door bracket as shown in the instructions.

Failed in less than 2 months use. One of the plastic hinge fixtures snapped. Then side two gave up shortly after. Also the metal retaining sections have bent under the tension of the spring. Utter rubbish, avoid these cheap parts and the time and labour to fit and replace. Worth noting these were fitted by a professional plumber so not user error.

Perfect fit for our BOSCH - Classixx SMV50C00GBThere was obviously a known fault on the factory fitted spring, as this has been re-designed and strengthen with a metal part where previously a plastic part had been used, which ultimately broke in the end.Very easy to fit, a few screws to take the side panel cover off, and this just pops in. I managed to find a helpful video on Youtube that shows how to replace it.

Fitted perfectly in our Siemens iq300 and worked great but only lasted about 8 months before both sides broke.

Both broke simultaneously having been fitted for only 3 months.

Works perfectly - make sure you catch a you tube article, to get familiar with the replacement process. I thought that maybe I would not need all the items in the kit, assuming that the string element had just broken. But there is a flaw in the original design, that means the root cause for failure is in a bracket attached to the spring, consequently the whole kit is required.Worth the money.

Inmiddels twee sets versleten. Hoewel vergeleken met origineel allles overeenkomt is de kwaliteit van de plastic onderdelen slecht.

viene completo con el muelle, solo necesitaba la cuerda que era la que estaba rotacambiada la cuerda y perfecto, ya no se cae la puerta.

Con il ricambio giusto è un po' di manualità, ho risparmiato l'intervento del tecnico

Dieses Original kunststoffteil ist bei einer seite abgerissen. Dieses metallteil scheint wesentlich mehr auszuhalten! Passt perfekt bei unserem siemens geschirrspüler und war überhaupt keine hexerei für meinen lebensgefährten das selber einzubauen!

Installed it to replace the broken original BOSCH cords in my dishwasher. But these daniplus cords already broke off after a few months. I've not replaced them yet, so I haven't moved the dishwasher out yet. I don't know if the plastic parts or the cords snapped, but I'm not going to reorder these again. I'll take a look at a different brand (or just order the official BOSCH replacements).
