Look and display Vry good

Pros: huge battery backup, if you do not keep it always connected to phone it might run for a month. Heavy use 15 days at least. Premium look on wrist Sturdy. GPS works fantastic alog with other features of weather reports to health monitoring. Display and touch screen is smooth. Navigation interface with preloaded map. Compass, altimeter barometer, temperature are quite accurate. Cons: Limited watch faces Cannot recieve call on watch

I started using this watch immediately and all the tracking and connectivity features worked very well. The only feature that is inaccurate is the standing time monitor. Even while sitting the watch will record it as standing time. I lost the charging cable after a month. To my surprise amazfit didn't sell the cable on their website or anywhere on the internet. I contacted their service helpline and they gave me a number to a third party service company called Bozlun India Services. When I asked them for the bill of the cable to make payment, they refused to give an invoice. This seemed a little fishy to me. First of all they took a whole day to reply to 1 message. In the end they just shared the UPI QR code for payment and asked to transfer amount. No shipping details asked, no invoice shared. I finally ordered a 3rd party cable from amazon, as I felt more confident about it. I didn't expect this kind of service from such a big brand. Attaching screenshot of the whatsapp chat.

I used Apple Watch Series 5 earlier. Sold it and bought this and I am very happy. I was looking for a digital watch, this one came with many features that I don't want to use but since I don't have to charge it every day, I am good. Did not like the Apple watch for the following reasons: 1. I work from home, and only wear the watch while going out, when I wear it, its battery is dead so I have to plan and charge it. 2. Charge every day if I have to wear every day 3. I have to switch it off when I don't want it to drain the battery (it helps but not so much) 4. Nowadays, almost everyone is wearing an apple watch so it is pretty common 5. Lack of good watch faces Why I am happy with this watch: 1. Dont have to charge every day 2. Battery Saver mode actually works, drops 1-2% in a week (It counts steps, shows time in battery saver, WOW) 3. Watch faces are amazing 4. Steps count and tracking is also spot on (Only used it for testing the features) 5. Pretty good looking, especially the color that I bought. (Desert Khaki) I really hated that I had to carry the apple watch charger on my 2-3 day trips. With this watch, I don't have to do that anymore.

I have purchased this watch in 2023, it was qorking fine till the end of 2024 but now from march 2025 its malfunctioning. It switches off automatically and i have to switch it again every time. I have tried every option related to software issues, raised many complaints. There is no response from the manufacturer or the seller. Please help me is any one is having any idea about this problem.

I can't rave enough about this watch. I have always been a watch lover, with this trend of smartwatches, i have had 5 smart (22k samsung to 2k honor) and 2 hybrid watches before this.. And then I stumbled upon T-Rex. If you liked G-shock watches in past, you will fall in love with this. Looks rock, features are quite decent. Fitness tracking for my limited purpose is very good. Battery life with always on display and sleep tracking is around 5 days, 10-12 days without always on which is enough in realistic world. I wear it 24 hours and despite its size, its quite comfortable. In love with the watch, is worth the money if you are looking for a smart watch in this range. Perfect gift to myself :D
