I recently purchased the Clay Plus S Trap Outlet Western One toilet and I’m very happy with the product. The ceramic is of good quality, and it has a smooth, clean finish. The flushing system works efficiently and installation was simple. It gives a nice modern look to my bathroom.Also, the packaging was very secure — I received it in one piece with no damage. Satisfied with the purchase!

Seat cover was not there in the package.

Standard product but wrong specification given by seller has to return product.

Received in damaged condition
