Champion Over the Calf Baseball Socks or Softball Socks

I use these for hickory golf games with my plus fours/twos, and with shorts in modern golf with colder windy days. Perfect.

My daughter loves this particular sock over any she has ever wore. It’s comfortable and the right size. Similar socks this company makes we had to take back and it didn’t fit right, but this one does! It fits for a wider calf.

I ordered these to wear with a dark green suit—not for sports. Even so these have an odd sheer rectangular panel on the front of the socks a little above where the front of the leg meets the foot. This panel showed above the shoes I planned on wearing. I can’t get past this—why? Even for sports use I don’t see the use of this? Also seems like it might run or tear more easily. Returned.

My 9 y/o son is currently 4' 2" with a slender build and these socks fit him perfectly as opposed to many other brands (in size medium) that are too big.
