Great replacement for the old original
I got the 2.5 to replace the original 3.0 that came with my pack. I thought it works well and relatively inexpensive and came quickly.

Disappointed That Osprey Doesn’t Support the Bladder It Sells with the Pack
I’ve been a longtime Osprey fan and have used multiple packs for commuting and hiking — including the Arcane, Ariel Pro, and Hikelite. I’ve always trusted the Osprey brand for quality and support. But my recent experience left me disappointed.I purchased a pack that came with a hydration bladder featuring the Osprey logo. Naturally, I expected Osprey to stand behind the entire product. Unfortunately, when the bladder malfunctioned, I reached out to Osprey only to be told that they don't actually manufacture the bladder — Hydrapak does — and that I would need to contact Hydrapak separately to resolve the issue. To me, this felt like a brand misstep. When customers see the Osprey name on a product, they assume it’s part of the trusted Osprey ecosystem. Most buyers won’t even realize the bladder is from a different company, especially when it's co-branded and packaged as an Osprey item.Being pushed to another company for warranty service adds unnecessary complexity and creates a frustrating experience. It also undermines the seamless, reliable support Osprey is known for.Bottom line: If you’re buying an Osprey pack and expect full product support, be aware that the bladder is not covered by Osprey — you’ll be on your own to deal with Hydrapak. I hope Osprey reconsiders this policy and starts standing behind all branded components to maintain the customer loyalty they’ve worked so hard to build.
