Are all teams available to pick from? Is there something you have to download in order to get all the teams because of the lack of licenses?

All the teams from the major leagues are there, but some don't have their official kits, logos, team names etc. PES has a very nice editor mode that allows you to change the kits and logos of the teams, so you can make it such that the lack of licenses isn't a very big deal. The problem, of course, is that it takes quite a bit of time to make these changes. You can't just download a patch to sort out the kits and logos for you.

Does pes have the Mexican league?

Hello,Doesn't look like they have Liga MX but they do have licenses for Tigres UANL, Atlas and Monarcas Morelia included in the game. PES 16 also has a pretty robust editor, and there are user-made files that you can download from places like pesgaming.com that might allow you to integrate all of the league's teams, players and kits into the PS4 version, though I haven't researched to see if they're yet available for this year's game.

Even Pes 2016 is a very good and enjoyable game, i believe than fifa 16 has a more development in online
