They taste really good. Been using for 2 weeks so far I love them

The quality is pretty good with these gummies and they actually don't taste terrible either. For the value of money, it is a good price. The performance over the course of a month, was alright. I noticed I had more energy after about 2 weeks. I lost about 4 pounds in the month, which is pretty average for a normal person, but I have PCOS, and usually can't lose the weight THAT easily. This is with consistent exercise (which I've been doing even before this with no results) and eating healthier. I am also on a sugar free diet (I have been for 5 years). I kept the same routines as always just added these in the morning. I can't say that it works for everyone, because everyone is different, but yes, it finally did something for me. However, I have stopped taking them because I'm going on something different now that I can finally see a doctor again.

These are super yummy and seem to be doing what they are supposed to be doing (have not had them for a few weeks though). There is enough for 2 each day for a month and I will be getting them on a subscription next month.

I have no idea if they're working. I cant take them in the day because they make me very sleepy. I usually am very sensitive to vitamins and medicine, so im not sure what it is making me sleepy. The first time I took the recommended dose of 2 gummies at 8 am, I slept the whole day. I would try to wake up and couldn't. So I took one gummy before bed and worked my way up to 2. Only good news is they're cheaper than sleep gummies and have been helping with my sleep. As for sweets, the craving hasn't gone away, but I need less to satisfy me now (half a sweet treat vs a whole one or two). Supposedly berberine is supposed to lowr androgen levels but I haven't noticed less chin hair unfortunately.

I think they are working. Not for sure how long before you see/feel a difference.
