The OEM key fob fits snugly into the case. Installation was fairly easy save for the tiny screws, install this with a delicate hands and in an area where even if you drop the screw you can easily find it and don't do it on top of thick rugs or something or you'll have a fun time looking for it.Did not prevent or block the key signal from auto locking/unlocking my '18 Mercedes Benz E300 or start the car as far as I have seen, so far.Material feels very good and has a good weight but not heavy to it. The package was also very presentable. Wished I had the brushed grey metal instead to better fit the color of my car.EDIT: took one point off because I've compared that it does seems to block the signal somewhat, especially when it's behind my thick pockets on some pants.
