HOW TO USE?
Step 1: Attach the gator clip to the car cover by placing the cover fabric between the clip's teeth, then tighten the screw knob to bite car cover. On the other side of the car, repeat the above steps with a new clip.

Step 2: Hook the round hole at the end of one clip with a bungee cord hook, then pull the bungee cord to hook into the hole at the end of the other clip on the other side of the car. NOTICE: To prevent injury to your hands, pull the bungee cord slowly and carefully, as the cord is under tension.
