The taste is a bit strong, but not unpleasant.
One can certainly taste the essential oils, takes a bit of getting used to. Haven't rated the "whitening" as have only been using it a week, so no expectations there or seen. Time will tell on the tooth strengthening aspect of this toothpaste. Probably too strong for kids. The flip top cap is difficult to open but it seems that is the new way of doing toothpaste caps. It takes two hands and a paper towel if your hands are wet. I get it that a one-piece attached cap is convenient for not dropping the cap, but it's an ordeal to use it every time. Giving 5 stars for the ingredients and pricing.

Happy With Purchase
This is my first time using a toothpaste with hydroxyapatite so I have nothing to compare it to. I have no major issues with my teeth but this works as expected. It IS very strong and minty compared to big brands but I like how it makes mouth feel clean and fresh. Yes the cap is HARDER to snap into place and for me it wasn't a big deal however I could see where it would pose a problem for someone with arthritis or diminished strength in their hands.

It's strong!!! VERY minty
The media could not be loaded. It's a great toothpaste, not much abrasiveness at all, but for hydroxyapatite this is a really good price!!! I WILL WARN YOU IT IS VERY MINTY ALMOST BURNING MINTY!! but a good toothpaste - I would not recommend it for kids because of how minty it actually is!!!

Works well, tastes great
I started using this over a month ago and my teeth fell great. I hand nothing against fluoride, but for to those of you who do, this toothpaste is fluoride free (no fluoride). It uses another mineral in nano form that has been proven to strengthen teeth, and has been widely used outside the US (e.g., Japan) for a long time. The scientific studies show that it's as least as effective at cavity prevention as fluoride.

It's okay I guess?
I haven't noticed any significant improvement in my teeth since using this and neither has my dentist. It tastes fine but my teeth don't feel as clean as when I use regular toothpaste. I don't think I'd buy it again. It technically works well enough since my teeth aren't any worse than my last checkup but I don't see the point in spending so much money on it.

All natural no flouride!
I like the product it seems to work well. The only slight thing they need to fix is the top as it is hard to close. This is minor and will buy this toothpaste again.

Liking this so far...
A toothpaste with Hydroxyapatite was recommended by my dentist. This seemed to fit the bill. Got this mostly because of the price compared to others ... because it's my first time getting this type of toothpaste. The taste is decent for me, not too minty. I feel like it's just right. However, the teenager of my household begs to differ; said it was too minty, but keeps brushing with it. LolThe best part of this is my teeth did stop feeling sensitive and hurting within the first use, which was my main concern. Yay. 🙃 9/10 recommend.

Good alternative to fluoride
I was concerned about toxicity from so much fluoride, so I switched to hydroxyapatite. Tastes good, cleans my teeth.Only thing I don't like is, it's so hard to pry open the cap when I want to use it. I struggle with that. Otherwise, no complaints.
