Head for cutting bush damaged

Not a powerful machine and a petrol guzzler. Works very slowly and cuts grass slowly

Starting issue
This product has lots of starting problem.it won't work as expected.there is no way to connect help desk

Purely cheating
Totally cheating. In the description they have written as Kisancraft product. In the product , nowhere it is written as Kisancraft instead written as Farmboy. Within 10 days of usage, this product got damage and they refused to replace it and saying that it is Farmboy product which does not have any warranty or guarantee. It is a clear cheating. If they would have written in the specification saying that it is Farmboy, I wouldn't have purchased it. For marketing , they are using Kisancraft name and cheating the customers.

Poor quality machine.
Parts used are of very poor material. Worn out in one day of use. Blades are of very poor quality material. Spark plug got short in two hours. From where to get spares. How to claim in warranty. Regards surbir singh anand.
