I've used these for a few different items. They have all came out fine. The slight dissatisfaction but not really that big is that these discolor when cooked in a water bath. I'd still buy these again if I need more.

I love these little tins. My husband like individual cheese cakes . I was baking them in cup cake paper cups. But these work so great. They are sturdy so you can eat out of them or just easily pull them out. Love them. You don’t even need a muffin pan.

These can be used many different ways in the kitchen. So far, I've used them for cupcakes, individual servings of cheesecake, baked apple pie tarts, banana quick bread, zucchini nut bread (muffins), and candy cups. They fit into my cupcake pan, but to me it is just as easy to place them onto a jelly roll pan and fill them from there. The pan makes it easy to pick them all up at once to place them in the oven. No bending of the foil holders. While it is true they are a little larger (at 4 ozs.) than most cupcake pans, I don't see that as a problem. I'm happy with these baking cups and so are my friends and family that benefit from them.
