Good size can see it well even without my glasses all information can be seen easy to set up

I have bought two of these for an elderly relative and although they don't have dementia the large display and information have been a brilliant help. There is one in the bedroom and one in the living room. Well made, well packaged and a good choice of screen fonts and colours. Highly recommend.

Not only for people with dementia but also helpful for elderly people, especially in winter time when they wake up after a nap to find it dark and don't know whether it's afternoon, or night. It has to plug into a socket but has a large display so is readable from a distance.

The clock keeps excellent time and is mostly very easy to read day or night. There is a slight drawback with the date information as it is smaller in size than the other and not so easy to read from a distance. It would be easy for the manufaturer to slightly reduced the size of the other information so that the date info could be increased in size.

This clock is invaluable for anyone suffering a cognitive impairment resulting in short term memory loss. My mum has started not knowing what day it is or time and was getting up in the middle of the night thinking it was time to get up and going to bed at tea time thinking it was bedtime. This clock offers her the reassurance she needs telling her the day, time and importantly morning afternoon and evening part of the day.I was so impressed I have purchased 3 clocks in total, one in each of the kitchen, lounge and bedroom.The illumination dims in darker conditions which is good. You have a choice of different types of clock face, my mum prefers the plain white on black, it’s so easy to read.I’ve included the picture of it against my table lamp to show the size of the clock.In the description it says it does other things too like an alarm etc but I haven’t needed it for that.This has been a life changer for my mum and I would highly recommend it.

Expensive for very low tech, though it would auto adjust when plugged in but everything needs setting up manually. Good big clear display but not very user friendly especially for an elderly person.

I purchased this clock just so it was easy seeing time and date without having to put my glasses on and check my phone or watch. It’s great but at night the dimmest light setting is still a bit too bright for me.

This little item is awesome for my home, I am always asking what time it is so we can watch certain tv programs. No TV has the time on them and our only clock was on the microwave. This clock automatically dims and brightens with the hours, has the date in case you need to know Uncle Joes birthday with big lettering so you don’t have to squint to see and fits right below our TV so I never have to guess again. The first clock was slow. The seller got back to me and sent me a new unit. It works great! The time is right on. Talk about taking care of your customers, thank you TSITSC.

I know most reviews say this is great for elderly, but it’s also great for the opposite age group, kids! I am a 5th grade teacher and bought this to keep by my restroom log. When kids sign out to use the restroom, they are able to write down the date and time they left and came back without any interruptions to the class. It is visible across the entire classroom and has really helped a lot. It has different brightness settings, multiple alarms that can be set easily (although I don’t use them because I set a timer for various activities), and it does not take batteries. It’s lightweight and can be wall mounted or it has a little peg that can push into the back to stand it up (like the old IKEA wood picture frames). Right now I have it standing up and it hasn’t been a problem, but I think I’m going to hang it on the wall either with a nail or with Command strips (since it’s pretty light).

Information can be easily seen and helps confirm Day, Date and Time. since dx. with dementia I am forgetful!

I plugged it in and the only one change that had to be made was from Daylight Savings Time to Standard Time. The instructions for changing time, adding alarms, etc are very easy to understand and implement using the buttons on the back. I didn't set any alarms as I wanted it simply as a clock in the living room and this works perfectly.
