⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Built Like a Truck, But Tastes Like Dessert I’ve been lifting consistently for five years and always struggled to put on mass without feeling like I was force-feeding myself chicken and rice five times a day. Enter Rule One Mass Gainer—aka my new best friend disguised as a chocolate fudge milkshake. Let’s start with the calories: 1,220 per serving. That’s not a typo. That’s practically a cheat meal disguised as a supplement. I went from “lean and lanky” to “bro, you bulkin’?” in under a month. My mom even asked if I was hiding something under my hoodie (it was just new traps). The protein-to-carb ratio is what makes this stand out. 40g of high-quality whey per serving with over 250g of complex carbs means it’s not just sugar-packed fluff. It doesn’t spike my blood sugar like some other gainers I’ve tried, and I don’t crash after drinking it. No weird bloat, no bathroom emergencies either (you know the ones). Mixability? Pretty solid for such a dense formula. I use a blender—shaker bottle doesn’t cut it unless you enjoy clumps and arm day at the same time. It’s thick, but that’s expected. I throw in some peanut butter and a banana sometimes, and it feels like I’m drinking a five-star dessert that’s somehow good for my gains. Flavor – Chocolate Fudge is rich, but not overly sweet. Tastes closer to a brownie batter than any “protein powder” I’ve ever had. I’m actually surprised they didn’t mess this up. I’ve had proteins that taste like regret. This one tastes like victory. Downside? You only get 8 servings per tub. That’s a week if you’re doing one a day. But if you want quality calories and serious weight gain without scarfing down six meals a day, this is your go-to. Effectiveness: Noticeable Gains, Minimal Fluff I started using this as a hard gainer stuck at 162 lbs for months. After two weeks of consistent training and taking 1 serving daily post-workout, I was up to 168 lbs—not water weight or just fat either. My shirts fit tighter in the shoulders, my lifts started creeping up (deadlift up 15 lbs, bench up 10), and people at the gym noticed. That's saying something. This mass gainer isn’t just tossing sugar at your body and calling it “bulk.” The 40g of all-whey protein helps with legit muscle recovery, and the 250g+ of carbs give you real fuel for intense training sessions and replenishment afterward. I felt less sore between workouts and had more energy, which helped me push harder in the gym. I also didn’t feel sluggish or overly full after drinking it—more like fueled. If you train hard and eat decently alongside this, it will work. If you don’t train, you’ll still gain... just probably not where you want it.

Seems like a quality product.
It's mass gainer just like it says. Sat very heavy and tasted, okay. It is a little bit hard to mix, but it smooth once mixed.

Best in this price.
Taste is fair, easy mix either no lumps, taste is fine, not too sweet, it suggest 2 scoop per serving that’s makes it more sweet. The scoop size is pretty big, i take one scoop in morning and one in night. But quality is good, and per price that’s the best mass gainer with enough calories as per need .

Good value
Taste pretty good for a protein/ weight gainer suplement. Taste better if you mix with 8 oz of milk and duluting to preferred thickness with water. I started working out this past summer I weighed 125lb and as of now I'm at 152lb I started with muscle milk gainer but the 650 calories per serving wasn't enough so I went with rule 1 and break the serving size into 2 640 ish cal shakes a day.

Not worth it
I should’ve went with the brand I usually get. This didn’t work at all. I didn’t even gain 1 lb. The taste and consistency was fine but I don’t believe it has the calories it says it has.

Use a blender
This is an amazing product, it has to be blended. It wont break down otherwise. I put bananas in my strawberry cream and its great. Add water and milk.

Insane results
4th or 5th time ordering this, great results. Went from a skinny 145lbs to ripped 175lbs lean muscle, no fat. Chocolate peanut butter is my go-to. It mixes incredibly easily with the Helimix vortex shaker. I use 1 scoop because the shaker can't fit 2 plus the milk required. Pro tip, if you don't like the texture of the shake, mix it in advance and put it in the fridge, it breaks down the grittiness with time. Overall 10/10. I have trouble eating enough and this really helps. It tastes good enough that I look forward to drinking a shake every day
