Perfect little cake plates for daughter’s mermaid party.

As a Nursery Practitioner I am always excited to be offered for review any toys and resources which I can share with the children in my 2 - 3 playroom. I ordered this set of sea shell paper plates to use as enhancements to my "Under the Sea" theme - They will be perfect for some sea creature sorting, can be used with our shells and loose parts for creative fun and can even enhance our home area play. With 12 in a pack, I can add some of these to my story sack for "Sharing a Shell" and use them as story props tooI These are really pretty paper plates which are coloured pastel pink with yellow detail, cream with aquamarine detail and peach with yellow and green detail. The plates are shaped as shells and are printed on durable card, making these eco friendly and plastic free. These would be ideal for a mermaid themed party too, and offer good value at £4.95 for the set of 12 plates.

This was a bit smaller than I expected but that's my fault for not properly checking the dimensions beforehand. They're definitely sized for children's parties as you would be able to fit just a slice of cake or a couple of snacks on here. Gorgeous design though and lovely colours. The shape makes it quite unique and I haven't seen ones like this before. The set isn't well protected as it just has a thin cardboard sleeve over it, and the actual outer packaging was quite tattered when it arrived. However the plates were all fine, but if this is packaged with something else in your Amazon box you may not be as lucky. Great value at the current price and highly recommend.

These seashell shaped plates are great for children’s parties. Given the design, they are a little oddly shaped and don’t have as much surface space as an ordinary round plate. As mentioned, they’d be fine for children but adults may need to go up for seconds and thirds, maybe even fourths 😆 The design is well printed and they are overall, good quality. A bit more expensive than I’d usually be prepared to pay for 12 paper plates but they will go well in a mermaids theme party so the novelty of them may be worth it. Happy to recommend 😊

These shell shaped plates are amazing for a mermaid themed party. They are original design, I am looking forward to having these on my sea themed party table. The fact they are also plastic free and the company plant trees is a worthwhile bonus. They are a good size just under the size of a tea plate. They seem strong enough for party food, they say only for dry food only but feel perfectly strong enough for party use. Perfect for any age to make your table original. A good size pack as 12 plates. They are good value and yet look expensive

These plates are very pretty and go well with the other coordinating items available. However they were smaller than I had expected. They are more suited to be cake/dessert plates than main course plates as they are smaller than standard plates.

I have been looking for decorative disposable plates for a while now. When I have guests over, I am usually using either my glass plates or normal round disposable plates. The issue with using glass plates when you have loads of guess is that the washing up becomes too much. The normal round disposable plates are not as fancy I will be using these shell themed paper plates for when I have my friends over they are suitable for a Childs party. However, I will be using it for my get-together. They are pretty and decorative and will add touch to my Pink set up.
