Great for getting into tight spaces
I bought the version that requires a chuck key because the chuck is shorter and therefore can get into even tighter spaces. Works well.

both compact for those tight awkward spaces where even attachments can't be operated successfully and powerful enough to easily drive a hole saw at the same time - result - chose the keyed chucked version as is slightly more compact

Good tool the let down is the 10mm chuck tank cutters don't fit? But plenty of power
