Je suis très satisfaite des écouteurs, confortables (deux types d'embouts) et la qualité du son est parfaite.

So after a few months of wearing these since i have really waxy ears naturally I noticed one of the sides was lower volume than the other, the mesh fell out when i tried to clean it and the sound is fine without the waxy filter mesh in but i put it back in so I dont ruin them, im looking for replacement filter mesh but i don't know what the size is, does anyone know so i can replace them? Its The metal mesh that blocks stuff from going into the drivers

Hello Amazon buyers, kinds regards from a drummer who only plays on Sundays ifykyk. I am giving these in ears in particular 2 stars. I am doing this to see if I can attract the attention of Amazon and/or Kz, because I think their products and services are overall great and I hope they can make things right . I purchased this pair with high expectations because my last pair of KZs have been reliable and great quality for the price, I’ve owned them for 5 years and they’re pretty much still going aside from the fact that the cable is not working now. These newer model KZs only lasted me 6 months and they’re pretty much were double the price. I only used them about 2/3 times a week during those 6 months with an 2 month rest period in the end . and now they are busted and they sound horrible .

I’ve had this pair for a little over 2 months now, and the sound coming out of both buds started to fade. I would rather buy something else.
