Great device so far. Great price. Doesn't hurt my lower back with the assistance roll back. It’s still a tough work out if you are doing them right. This roller is just as good as the ones that cost 3 times as much. I recommend. Just buy it

I really like this wheel for building up enough strength to use an unassisted wheel. I’m a bit too weak to fully roll out on my other wheel but this one allows me to do the full range of motion. You have to start a little further out than normal just because the spring or coil can only stretch so far before it stops but it hasn’t been a big issue.The build quality is good. It feels very stable when using it. The knee pads are pretty small so I don’t really use them but that’s not a big deal for me

This ab roller is really good quality for a great price! Not only do I feel my abs getting a workout but also my back, shoulders, legs and glutes.I like that it has a rebound feature so it prevents me from moving too far at once. It's my first one so I can't compare to others but I'm loving it so far!Very nice addition to my home gym equipment!Great value for the price and very durable!
