Where have these been my whole life? This is the answers to me prayers! I use them to protect my bunions, place in the back of a shoe to keep from scratching my ankle and I've cut and placed under the strap of a sandal to protect my toe from fabric rubbing.Love these!!

It at first seemed like too thick but once I started walking I really appreciated the extra cushion and walk with such ease.

I've had a good experience using these bandage cushions.I wear them on my feet on the spots that rub against my shoes when I walk and run.They have good adhesion. They stay put all day, and I don't have any trouble removing them.They have a fair amount of cushion to them. They are protecting the sensitive parts of my feet.
