If i put 2 of these magnets facing each other,Will they pull or push each other I'm trying 2 find 2 powerful magnet that will push each other away .

Did not try to see if they would push each other away but the pair I bought attached themselves together (clumsiness on my part) with the top portion of my little finger stuck between them and I could not remove that finger by myself I had to call for help & the finger developed a sizeable blood blister - Had I not received help I would have lost the tip of my finger!

Can someone recommend magnets to be mounted and towed behind a small boat to cover more area? Thank you.

Generally towing behind a boat is not the best way to use fishing magnets. The magnet has to be within inches of the object to snag it. If you tow it behind a boat it will bounce along the bottom and miss a lot of objects. Best way to use magnet is to toss it out and slowly retrieve. This way you can feel a bite and get the best hook up. If you are on a boat you can bob the line up and down while drifting.

is it strong enough for a sentry safe opener?

Mr Locksmith opens the save with a 300lb magnet smaller diameter and bigger thickness. if these 2 features have an impact? I personally would say It should be enough if the strength is equivalent. But i am not a specialist this regards.
