Great product

I’ve been using the Havells Monza Slim 10L (Left inlet) water heater for a few months now, and I’m very happy with it. The slim vertical design fits perfectly in my bathroom, especially since space is a bit tight. It looks modern and doesn’t take up much room.Heating is quick and efficient — I usually get hot water in just 5 to 7 minutes, which is perfect for daily use. The 10-litre capacity is just right for 1-2 people. I never run out of hot water during a shower.Build quality feels solid, and the inner tank comes with good protection against rust. The temperature control knob is smooth and easy to use, so I can adjust the heat exactly how I want. It also has a safety valve and good insulation, which adds to peace of mind.

It's been 8 days and still am waiting for installation to get done. Apparently one service guy over phone told me they were only getting paid Rs. 120 per installation and they were demanding a raise. Promised to visit the next day. And 8 days later am still waiting.The return window has closed or about to and I don't know if product is gonna work and if all accessories are shipped with product.Had I known Havell's installation service is this incompetent, I would've chosen a different brand.Update: Finally on the 9th day, it got installed. product is good. No complaints there except its kinda big. not so small and sleek like the pic. Installation, though late, it was free, completed in 30 mins.

Great Product

What the hell Havells!!I had purched this product and been waiting for a week to get it installed at my place. There was a number that was shared for a technician but wahan I called him he said that he has left Havells and no longer works there. Infact, he had left 2 month ago. LoL!I called their customer care multiple times and everytime they told me that it's escalated but to no avail. I have even dropped their customer care team an email.But at last I had to give up. and returned this product. I know I could have used any other service provider (like urban company) to get it installed. But the instructions were that if I don't use their service the warranty will be void. Also I believe they have already included the installation in their price.I wish I could tell more about the product. but Alas it just stayed packaged in my home for a week and returned.Havells, I had expected better from you.
