Fjallraven F23561663 Kånken Mini Apple Mint

I am female and most backpack straps are too wide for my shoulders. This one fits perfect and sits high enough on my back that it doesn't cause discomfort. I usually carry my surface and a small notebook. This bag has a lot of compartments too. It is not meant for hauling around a lot of books, but if I wanted to I could stuff a textbook in there in addition to what I already carry. Occasionally I bring a sweater with me and am able to squeeze that into the large compartment with everything else. I carry either a 24 or 32 oz. water bottle and don't have a problem fitting these into the side pockets. The only thing to keep in mind is that the outside pockets occupy space in the bigger compartment, so the more stuff you put in the smaller pockets the less you can fit in the bigger one and vice versa. Lastly, the bag is really good quality. The fabric seems to be very durable and I anticipate I will take this bag hiking in the future as it is not too big. I have not completely tested the waterproof capability, but from the looks of it and from what the tag says I believe it is with out buying the additional wax. It may not stand up to a downpour for an extended period of time, but just walking between class with rain shouldn't be a problem. I'm excited to have this backpack, which I anticipate will fulfill my needs for years to come.

I absolutely love this bag! Been wanting one for years! Now that I’m a teenager able, able to get a job, I finally have it! This bag is worth the price! Amazing, durable quality. The size, and storage are great! The bag is very comfortable! My favorite bag by far! (The photo of the inside with the contact, and name, doesn’t have black smudges like that. I used the eraser mode on my phone to muffle out my info- so don’t worry! It comes perfect!)

I was excited to receive this! I really did think the color would be just like the photo. It was perfect. The color on the one that I received was more like fluorescent orange. Didn't care for it so I sent it back. I've had 2 other colors from Fjallraven Kanken and wanted to try a 3rd one. Got my first one in olive green in Denmark in 1993 and loved it because of its durability and lasted forever it seemed. Got a tan one in 2009, and loved that one too. Was shopping for a new one/new color and was disappointed. REALLY loved the grass green one but I didn't want to pay $124 when the others were about $56 on Amazon, (which is a really great price). But these back packs are so durable and comes with a mat to sit on. Excellent quality, just the color that I received was not to my liking.

Very disappointing. The suitcase arrived dirty and stained, looking as if it had already been used. It’s unpleasant to receive a product in this condition when it’s supposed to be new.

I love that color

This is a very nice durable compact back pack, it even fits my Sony camera with its 70-200mm lens. And I love the handles! You can wear it on your back or just simply carry it by the handles. It also fits my 11.5 inch I pad and other goodies. I put my hand on it so people can gain a better visual perspective as to how big/small it is. Which is hard to tell without having anything to compare it to. But yes the main reason I bought it is for my camera and other goodies you might want to fit into it.
