Great Cast-Iron 2 Quart Pot
This excellent heavy cast-iron pot arrives already pre-seasoned. It heats up and cooks evenly. We use it for heating soups and sauteeing kale and other vegetables.

Great cast iron
I just made ramen with this cast iron pot. It’s the perfect product I wanted to get for so long. It’s also on sale so I got the larger one for a really great price. It came in the size much larger than I expected and you could feel the weight in your hand. I love it. On the handle there is also a string attached so you could hang it. I do need to find a lid that fits it though. I hope I won’t be iron deficient anymore after using it. Overall great experience!

Love the size and design. Quality cast iron.
Perfect size. I will likely buy another. I wish they made a 1 QT as well.Thickness is the same as Lodge cast iron. Beware, many cast iron are much thinner in their cast. Quality casting. While all cast iron is somewhat rough, this is comparatively smooth. I can certainly recommend this company. When I washed it with hot water to use I questioned the seasoning. First use was to boil water which would remove seasoning, second was for tomato sauce which also removes seasoning. This is no big deal to me as re-seasoning is part of owning cast iron.Cast Iron and high carbon cookware requires different care and maintenance than other cookware. You can't leave it in your sink or put it in your dishwasher. You wash it with hot water and a stiff brush, chainmail when necessary. Dry it, wipe with oil, wipe with dry towel. It will occasionally require re-seasoning. When cared for, it cleans out easier than any other pan you have ever owned and will last a lifetime. When not cared for, they can be brought back to their original glory but with effort. I find it easier to deal with but the process is different. If you are new to cast iron, be aware of the difference before you buy.

Great cast iron!
This seems to be a very high quality cast iron pot. I was concerned about purchasing cast iron not made in the USA but it is smoother than Lodge and others I have tried and is very well proportioned. So far I LOVE this pot and just ordered another one for my daughter. The 2 quart is deep and perfect for frying small portions without as much splatter like a skillet, and sits flat on the stove unlike some that have the edge running around the bottom that doesn’t heat as evenly.
