Unfortunately, this latest batch was nothing like what I’ve bought before. Instead of the usual fresh, pliable pieces, the food was stale, overly hard, and even discolored. My dog refused to go near his bowl, which is extremely unusual for him.For those considering this food, be aware that quality may be inconsistent. If it’s fresh, it’s great—but if you receive a stale batch, it’s essentially money down the drain. I had no choice but to throw the entire bag away, which was frustrating and disappointing. I truly hope the brand addresses this issue, because when it’s good, it’s fantastic—but quality control seems to be a problem lately.
