I like this product because it doesn't have caffeine or B vitamins like the other nootropic I use - I recently started taking a B vitamin complex, so I don't always need the massive amounts of B12 anymore, and I appreciate not always having the jittery feeling that extra caffeine in a nootropics can give me.This product works quite well to help me focus on my more mental tasks throughout the day (I have ADHD and can use all the help I can get with focus)! The price is very affordable as well, which cannot be said for all nootropics. Sure, this has fewer ingredients than those other nootropics, but I don't always need or want to feel like I'm running on jet fuel, LOL.My only complaint is that the powders in these capsules were quite obviously layered in the capsule, rather than being homogenously blended before loading into capsules like most supplements I take. The noticeable spots/layers of different ingredients made me do a double-take and check to make sure that the capsules were not spoiled. The large clumps of dark powder were what caught my eye first, then I noticed lines of a lighter powder and deduced that the pills were layered instead of blended (reminds me of sand art bottles). The unblended powder is why I gave this 4 stars instead of 5, only because it made me question if the product was spoiled. If I could give 4.5 instead, I would have.I take one pill a day on days when I need extra focus.Please be aware that huperzine can potentially cause vivid dreams, especially when taken with along with B vitamins. This product should be taken earlier in your day, not near bed time, but even when taken early, the huperzine can still affect your dreams. This may be desired or pleasant for some, but for those prone to bad dreams or nightmare (such as those of us with cPTSD nightmares), this can indeed make them more vivid as well. There is anecdotal evidence of people prone to nightmares using huperzine and B vitamins to help them practice lucid dreaming, which can help provide relief from said nightmares.I recommend this product, and will likely repurchase when I finish this bottle.

I couldn't get any definitive result out of this supplement. It has some pretty good nutritional elements to it. Although at 100 mg of phosphatidyl serene I don't think that's enough. If you want to get real results probably 300 mg is best. But this isn't bad. It could be better though.

This supplement is formulated in the USA and the bottle containing 30 capsules is a 1-month supply, to be taken with meals (also, the ad on the product page says everything is made infacilities in the US and are tested by a third party to ensure they are high quality). This product is an extra strength blend of 8 herbs and amino acids with the main ingredient being St. John's Wort (250 mg), most commonly used for mild depression and mood disorders. Among other things, it also contains Ginkgo Biloba leaf extract (50 mg) which has a history of use in treating memory issues. The capsules are odorless, are easily dissolved and are average size. I have yet to see an improvement but I have not been taking them for very long yet so it remains to be seen how effective they are.

After taking the whole bottle I did notice that I had a way easier time focusing on things and when I was studying or reading I was able to retain the information and understand it better. Was this all thanks to the pill or maybe a placebo effect, who knows but it worked for me. 5/5 would buy again!

I think this memory supplement works fairly well for me. But unfortunately, I wish the pills were a little bit smaller & easier to digest. Still, at the end, I think these pills are nobly well for my mind.

So let's start by saying that reviewing a supplement based on it's effectiveness is really difficult, given that I don't feel any difference after trying this out. I didn't turn into Superman or become fantastic at multivariable calculus or football. I'm still the same middle aged guy.So, what is my concern with these? That it says "Formulated in USA" on the side with a big American flag. And that's great. But I can formulate something in Peoria, and have it manufactured anywhere - far away from US FDA inspections. I generally don't mind if things are made elsewhere, but you need to be upfront about it. Putting an American flag on it is misleading for many (maybe even most) consumers.Notably, I can't find anywhere on this package where it says it's manufactured. Furthermore, the allergen statement is covered by the label which I tried to pick off, but didn't work. If you have any food allergies, I'd steer clear because as best I can tell, they list that they are made in a facility with all of the top 8 allergens, but again, I can't really read it.Pair that with the dubious effectiveness of any supplement, and I'd give it a pass.
