Girl Friends: The Complete Collection 2: No. 2

One of my favourite yuri mangas of all time. It’s kinda cheesy but it’s sweet and fluffy, and it’s just a really enjoyable read. Milk Morinaga is a talented artists, and it’s definitely a great manga to start with if you’re trying to get into the yuri genre, I really recommend it :) Plus the delivery was quick, the condition was perfect and the price was reasonable

A continuation of the previous volume. Obviously. Milk works her damnedest to keeps to two lesbian love birds apart as long as she can but love conquers all in the end. Lovely little story and well worth reading.

The second half of 'Girl Friends' mainly shifts the focus from Mari to Akko's emotional journey, with a few sidebars to explore the supporting characters, especially Sugi. Above all, however, it pushes the central romance to its natural apex, in Morinaga's uniquely relaxed, organic style. Can Mari & Akko overcome last-minute obstacles and truly become a couple? Where does sex fit into this girl + girl equation? All is beautifully revealed in words and pictures that will have you cheering and crying by the end. Just plain awesome...

In this collection we see the straining relationship between the two main characters and watch them try to work it out. Definite read, assuming you've read the first collection beforehand.

This was best Yuri i've read, it drags you into the love of 2 cute girls and path how they finally come together. Tugs at your heart at times and you will not want to put it down. I love yuri manga, and from such a great author, a must buy, i highly recommend it. You will full in love with it.Yuri is Girl Love if you want to know.Enjoy.

Bought this with the first volume, it was such an amazing read :) I can't help but want more now.

Great story, has great characters and is an emotional story

Be careful of the content. I was trying to buy new manga books for my 12 year old daughter. These books had reasonable reviews. Unfortunately, it was not clear about age appropriateness. On briefly reviewing one of the books it was clear it was for older teenagers and adults. I have no criticism of the book itself but manga books do not help promote age guidelines sufficiently. Hope this helps
