Tho I keep on hearing about how good this product is,well it didn't work for my mam,but also I think it's a mental thing that also makes you become used the this device...I didn't and still hasn't helped my mam out who has COPD....

NO INSTRUCTIONS
This looks exactly as described, but there are no instructions as to how it should be used !! It comes in plastic packaging with no explanatory leaflet. How are you supposed to know if you are using it correctly or often enough ???
