30db,Distribution Amplifier, TV Antenna Amplifier Signal Booster,Adjustable Boost/Gain, NTSC, ATSC, FM, UHF, VHF - 870 MHz,1 ft+16ft RG-6 Coaxial Cable Adapter

I bought this to fix the problem of having weak signal on a particular antenna DTV channel. When I added it, the signal went from weak to completely gone. Other channels still worked but the one with the weak signal no longer worked at all. Then when I went to remove it, one of the coax terminals broke. It’s extremely lightweight and comes with a very cheap power adapter and short cable. In general, this device is made very cheaply and in my case didn’t work.

Have a camp with limited TV over the air reception. Got an expensive indoor antenna. One of the 3 available channels didn't really come in strong enough to view regularly. Bought this amplifier to put behind the antenna. It works very well. All yhe available stations are great now. The reservation I have is the little knob doesn't do anything. It turns easily but nothing changes. So really can't complain about the amplifier part but that knob doesn't do anything. There were no instructions in the box also.

Some channels do come in more clearly but I lost a few, also. I've tried this device and the antenna to several locations. Also, and this is true of all the equipment, it says move away from other electronics. It would be nice if manufacturers would make the power cords longer to be able to do this. Now I have wires strung across the wall because that's the only way to separate them. The antenna feeds are very long and that works.

The amplifier has a dial type booster. It seems to me that it just spins and spins. Does anyone know if this dial eventually hits a stopping point? Thank you for any replies.

This DOES pass the signal from your antenna even without power to the signal amplifier, but it does NOT boost the signal (in some case the signal is far worse). I tried a few stations here in town and here are the results without the booster installed and with it installed and turned to "full power". I also tried turning the power down which gave worse results as expected.Channel 41 - 32dB without / 32dB with (no change)Channel 3 - 27dB without / 25dB with (66% loss in signal strength)Channel 11 -19dB without / 15dB with (133% loss in signal strength)

Thought I needed replacement amplifier, but problem was the antenna, which since has been replaced. Refunded with no issues.

My TV picked up 40 channels before adding the booster. After adding the booster, it picked up 29. Tried it at multiple settings and gains... Never got any more than 29 channels. Useless. We're better off without it.

Wasn’t sure if this booster would actually work but best so far. Has improved my signal tremendously. I even paired it with my old booster to help the signal a little more. Overall satisfied with purchase.
