I marinate my belly pork overnight in a zip bag in this stuff. Then I grill the pork and sprinkle with sesame seeds once cooked. Great taste. I don't know if it's authentic in taste but it's the nicest I've ever had. Can do 3 rounds of your typical supermarket belly pork. Lasts a while, so it's good value too.

Taste nice , perfect for marinating chicken etc if you looking for thick consistency buy another brand this is more like a soy sauce . I believe that is good because won’t burn when you cook/fry your chicken but still very flavourful.The price - this is not the cheapest product out there but I think it’s a great quality and worth to pay a little bit extra .

Not too sticky ..Nice...nice taste..but a bit mild for me... Great for Dippin shell fish...bit expensive for what it is.

Slightly different taste to what I get at my local grocery store.
Besides the taste being different than my usual brand it is not unpleasant. An excellent accompaniment to fish and I use it in place of soy sauce. Useful to have a jar at home for any dish that is a bit bland including salad!
