Five Star Advance Notebook, 3-Subject, 150-Count, College Ruled, Green (72307)

I got the Green version of this. It has worked very well. Lots of pockets and the dividers are sturdy and functional. Like most notebooks, things will start out quite orderly and then get messy as the classes heat up. This book doesn't become nearly as disorganized as the standard type, though. That's because it has those pockets here and there. Locating where you shoved the class syllabus, for example, is very easy with this type notebook. Be sure to keep a straight-edge (ruler) handy to place on the perforation if you know you will need to tear out pages. Otherwise the jagged, broken, confetti edges will accumulate in the ring binder. By the way, the cloth covering on the ring binder is worth the price of the whole notebook.

The cover, binding and folders of this notebook are very nice. But the paper is crap! It's impossible to tear a page out along the perforations. I rip the border of the paper to shreds every time. This is very frustrating when I'm trying to tear out an assignment I spent hours to write up neatly.

I bought 3 of these at the beginning of this semester, I have no recollection now of where I found them but I am hooked. The plastic cover keeps my notes from getting destroyed, the cloth over the spiral keeps the spiral from catching on my clothes, skin and bookbag, the internal pockets are a fantastic addition and the added tabs were a perfect touch.I don't know that you can make a more perfect notebook than these are. I went out hunting for more of them before the summer semester starts... and they are nowhere to be found in town. So it appears that I'll be ordering them all from here. They are for sure worth the extra cost for notes that you will be using (I wouldn't do math in one of these but my Genetics notes are something I plan to hang on to) They are for sure worth the extra expense.

Great notebook..Plenty of pockets to help keep up with each subject's paperwork. Paper tears away from preforation easily also. I use mine for night classes at my local college..Works well for 2 classes on the same night.

I needed this item for my son's return to college. Everything was fine and on time. That's why I love shopping at Amazon.

I have no idea why I can't find this notebook anywhere in stores. I'm so glad it was available online, because it really is the best for college (at least for me). I love the sturdy folders inside, the pen holder and the color. I'm extremely organized, if you're looking for a great notebook I definitely recommend this one

This product was not really what I expected! It exceeded my expectations and the delivery was prompt! I always buy Five Star Notebooks because they always meet my needs!
