The tea itself deserves a 5 star. Tastes very good. The reason I gave it only 3 stars is because the tea comes in little nylon bags. I was so disappointed, as nylon is not recyclable. I normally just put used tea bags in my compost pile. These will no biodegrade. I have been emptying all the bags out and putting the tea into a tea ball before I pour hot water in the cup. I probably will not buy them again because of the nylon bags.

This herb was new to me. It was growing outside in my garden and I harvested it there and learned how useful it is. However, it did such a good job I had to purchase more. I was giving it away to everyone with flu or cold.

No strong flavor at all. Very neutral. Earthy. Works well. Trying to quit smoking slowly. This is helping to clear my lungs. Brings up alot of phlegm.

I was sceptical at first but this tea does its job. Doesn’t taste too bad, without adding honey, after about 20-40 minutes mucus shifts so you can cough it out so definitely good for lung health. Good quality tea bags, will keep buying. Good value too!
