I have 50+ plants in my home. For the past few yrs I do container gardening with tomatoes and peppers and I start the seeds in solo cups before transferring outdoors. I have these and a few other brands to start germination. When my tomatoes and peppers are transfered on my terrace in spring and summer months I use these for extra light boosts on rainy gloomy days for some of my plants that may seem like they miss the light. I don't do it often as I believe if these plants were outdoors on gloomy days they would be just fine. These come in handy for winter months with less hours of sun. I time them to come on after the sun goes down for a minimum of 2 hours and max of 4 to mimic the summer sun schedule in the evening that we don't get here in winter in NY. They work fine. Just know not to position too close to leaves. Only thing is they are a bit heavy due to the light rod portion so you may have to get creative qith them if they don't stay put in the soil. Minor issue. Installation is a breeze, quality is fine and the look is good depending on how they are positioned. Get them. Your plants will thank you.

I love this light. It is perfect for all plants, but I love it for my succulents. I always want them growing close by, especially in my low light rooms or in the winter. I can move them anywhere. Even in the hospital rooms, it is a bit of home. I love that they have a timer, they are really quality. They are light weight and easy to use. They are a great gift, and something I can afford. They really work well. I am pleased.

I got this plant light for a couple of my plants that needed more light than my house was getting. For the first few months it was working great with the auto timer having it come on and shut off at the same time everyday. After a few months though, the timer stopped working. The light still works, now I just have to remember to manually turn it on each day. I tried plugging it into a digital timer I had but that didn't work. It's not that big of a deal except for the days when I'm not home to turn it on or away on vacation. I've tried a lot of these plant lights and I think you'd be better just getting the bulbs that fit regular lamps and putting that lamp on a timer.

My plants love this light! It has a handy timer that enables you to set it for a certain length of time. The light can be tilted to cover more area and it takes up little space. It looks modern and sleek and can be placed in different pots if you have several plants.
