I am just amazed at how creamy this makes cheese. I made au gratin potatoes for a large family gathering and several people asked for the recipe. I had to laugh because it was the family recipe just way creamier since I used this product.

Cardiologist told me to consume 7 grams of salt/day. Low blood pressure. But that's nearly impossible. So, noticing that Sodium Citrate is the "Sodium" added to many products I decided to add this to my Propel to bump up my Sodium. I use 1/2 tsp for 1 gallon of Propel water. More than that alters the flavor of the water. So, if you need extra Sodium and can't stand Salt, try this. (Salt is only 1/2 Sodium, 1/2 Chloride)

I was creating a Thai Curry Soup with a Chicken broth base and some Anthony's Coconut milk powder, and in my haste, I added the 1/2 and 1/2 to the hot soup without tempering it so I dissolved a half teaspoon of the sodium citrate and stirred the soup and everything came together as it saved the day correcting the "break" between the hot soup and the light cream
