Just want to update my review to say that I LOVE this. It gets very warm - like a true heating pad - and relieves a lot of the discomfort I feel in my wrist and palm. I wish it was cordless, but if it was, I'd probably cook my hand from wearing it all the time. When seated, I can wear this and continue working on my computer. --------------- This fits my hand well and gets sufficiently warm. I was looking for something that I could wear while working and this seems to work well for that.

At the time I got this one, I also purchased another one. This is the one I kept. I have it plugged in next to my desk so on the days when my wrist is really sore of numb I can slip it on, and it warms up very fast. I can even adjust the temperature to the exact degree of warmth that my wrist needs. The material is very soft, almost exactly like an electric blanket...I mean, lets be real...this IS pretty much an electric blanket for your wrist.

I bought this wrist heating pad to help heal my De Quervain's tenosynovitis, a painful condition affecting the tendons on the thumb side of my wrist. I have now had this painful problem with both wrists, and I have found that consistent heat with a heating pad, like this one, has been the only way to resolve the issue and heal my wrists. And it has, though it takes time. According to the webpage, this heating pad should work for both hands, but the heating elements are localized in just one area. When I put the pad on my left hand, with my thumb in the hole, the heating elements were underneath my arm - not along the side of my wrist which is where my tendon needed the heat. I rotated the pad so that the heating elements were alongside the thumb side of my wrist. The thermostat is great, easy to see and easy to use, but I wish it was connected to the heating pad with a long flexible cord.

Got this to apply heat to my wrist while rehabbing after surgery to get a bunch of plates and pins put in. Very comfortable, loved having the ability to adjust the temp and time. Liked the way I could just slide my arm in the sleeve, then use the velcro to adjust the tightness. Made it easy to get on and off. Worked really well for me.

The LED screen quit working after 1 month of use. Still heated but no way of knowing the temperature or any other information.

Great for post op recovery. Heats up quickly and remains hot. The cord could be longer, but other than that, excellent product.

Almost perfect wrist and lower arm heat source. Only slight drawback is length of cord from heat control to arm. It only allows minimal use/mpvement (writing, reaching for something e.g., ) while using. The heat control at the end of the short cord falls away, shuts off etc.
