Edge Insight CS2 Monitor (1996 and Newer OBDII Enabled Vehicle) (edge84030)

So I changed my review after I found out that Insight did not do its homework and left out ALL GMC 2002 vehicles with its LB7 Duramax Diesel Engines for its Engine Oil Pressure (EOP) PID list of support vehicles. Can you believe that!!!! I mean that makes no sense because the LB7 and Allison 1000 Transmission were on the Silverado/Sierra 2500HD's until early part of 2004. They were all the same truck with some quality corrections like fixing the fuel injector issues in the first releases in 2002. That was taken care of in GM's fuel injector recall. I really hate how companies don't do its homework before releasing its products. The facts above are well known in the auto and consumer space. The oil pressure is probably the MOST IMPORTANT PID especially when its a known fact that the step motor's in the dash panel are garbage causing the oil gauge to show zero or needle bouncing, basically useless. They need add the 02 to the list ASAP to make this right. This damn thing is extremely expensive to NOT get the EOP PID.

Kinda wish I would of gotten the insight but for the open box price couldn’t beat it. Does everything it’s big brother does just smaller screen.

Nice to be able to plug this in and it just works. Can monitor vitals, test injectors, set safety monitors. Nice and clean.

Great little monitor for a lot less than the CTS2. Works well to monitor everything I need to watch.

The screen is gray so it broken. Happened a few weeks after I bought it.

No stars. I updated the monitor out of the box like instructed and it doesn't even function properly. It freezes/ shuts down. I'm returning it asap. I was excited to receive this after my purchase but ended up Very disappointed.
