You could use this to score tile and trim corners but I would not try to use this to cut tiles and half etc.But would be more appropriately done with a tile saw

No because the Dremel 4200 uses a shank to attach the different tools to the motor. The MM500 is used with the Dremel Multi Max which is an oscillating tool. I have both of these Dremel tools.

I see the Genesis tool is described as having a four-pin flange, so yes, I'd expect it could use the Dremel blade. More and more, oscillating machines are made with multiple brands of blades in mind. Even Bosch can use a half dozen blade brands.
