I’ve been using this fingerprint door lock for a while now, and overall I’m really satisfied with it. The setup through the app was straightforward, and installation was simple with clear instructions. Day-to-day use is smooth and convenient. Fingerprint recognition is fast and accurate most of the time.The only issue I’ve noticed is when my hands are slightly moist, like after getting out of the shower. In those cases, the fingerprint sensor doesn’t register my finger, so I have to use the app to unlock the door. Thankfully, the app works reliably and connects quickly, so it’s just a minor inconvenience.Overall, it’s a solid and user-friendly lock that adds both security and convenience to my home. I would definitely recommend it.

Very easy to install and program on the app. I LOVE THIS DOOR NOB!!!! It's amazing and works very well, just make sure your finger is dry or it doesn't recognize your finger print.

EDIT: changing my review because I haven't even had this thing a month yet and already it has stopped working. Trying to unlock the door with my thumb, it turns green and sounds like it is unlocking, but it isn't. I have to use the key to get in now. Too pricey of a doorknob for it to fail less than a month in.I chose this type of doorknob because it has a biometric option. My last doorknob was key only and of course it got lost, leaving us to have to damage the doorknob & door itself. App setup and fingerprint recognition is easy enough. It registers more than 1 print. There's also a cool feature to lock & unlock the door from the app. Packaging comes with c type charging cable (no block) Ive used it a lot so far and have yet to have to recharge. *charge before initial use* I purchased this particular type for my bedroom door. It's perfect for those sneaky roomies, or in my case, kids who always slither in and take your things. I got tired of asking for my room and things to be left alone, so I went to the extreme. The only thing im not very fond of is the beeping sound when you lock/unlock the door. Ive yet to find a way to quieten it off.

Installation was easy and straightforward. Lock pretty much works as described. Quality seems good. The only issue I have is you have to be within 3’ to 4’ of lock for app to connect. Would be nice to be able to lock or unlock from anywhere in home. Also app always shows lock battery fully charged although mine went completely dead. The model I received has a rechargeable battery instead of replaceable batteries as described.
