This is a great maternity belt. I was experiencing extreme round ligament pain and wearing this support gave me a lot of relief from the pain. I bought this in the second trimester and I wish I had gotten it sooner. It especially helps with back pain and posture in the earlier trimester and later helps with support/overall security when my belly got bigger. I havent used the upper strap yet but so far its comfortable and works both under and over my clothes.

Best maternity belt and for a great price! I was a little worried about the price only being $20, but this belt is awesome. I’m 33 weeks pregnant and am currently wearing this while I work at my desk and it feels like a gentle hug holding my bump in. It comes with three pieces and is designed to add one piece for each trimester to gradually increase support which is super cool. I am 5’1, currently 160lbs (140lbs pre pregnancy) and ordered a size medium which fits perfect. Definitely recommend!!!
