Mum can see.
This product was recommended to my Mum by her Eye Consultant. It has slowed down the effects of the macular degeneration in her remaining eye. There has hardly been in deterioration in 18 months. Wish we had known about this product before she lost the sight in one eye.

Jury's out.
Far to early to tell if its going to help with my AMD, but what I can say is that these are much more difficult to take than Macushield being significantly bigger. You also have to take 2 (apparently at the same time) and I find that the second one always feels like its getting 'stuck' which I hate. Macushield has same anti-oxidant etc content as Ocuvite and is cheaper but doesn't have additional vitamins. Macushield Gold has same Anti oxidants etc and HIGHER doses of vitamins than Ocuvite and comes as 3 smaller capsules which can be taken as separate doses, but is more expensive. Pays you money and takes your choice I suppose.
