Where is this manufactured? More specifically, is it manufactured in China?

Don't believe everything you read or hear. It could be assembled in the USA but ingredients can come from anywhere.

Does this have a guarantee? What if my dog wont eat it? I have wasted so much money on these things, other brands. She is so picky.

Once a product is opened we can no longer accept a return on it. We recommend adding warm water to the kibble seasoning and stirring it in to her food. This should help bring out the amazing aroma to entice your pup that much more!

what is the product to water ratio?

This is simply a seasoning to sprinkle on the dogs food. There is no ratio that I am aware of. Duck is my dog’s favorite.

Are the potatoes cooked or raw prior to being freeze dried? Raw potatoes can be toxic to dogs and I don’t know if it is the same after freeze drying.

I don't know the answer to this question but my two dogs didn't like this stuff it was a waste of money.
