This product is actually very effective for us. As a sports person, I've found it to be particularly helpful in addressing joint pains, which is a common issue for athletes. I would definitely recommend it to sports enthusiasts of all age groups.

A boon for knee pain
This product really works well on knee pain, all you need is patience as this may take upto 4 weeks to show it's effect but then can be very effective as we use it. Worth trying if fed up of all other pain relief capsules and oils
