Only had this two weeks but so far very pleased with it. Good size shelves and drawers and excellent delivery.

Took delivery of this freezer on 7th Oct 25 and are really pleased with the design. Good quality drawers and 2 shelves at the top with a light inside. Easy viewed temperature gauge. Outside appearance satin finish with easy to operate handle with self close as the door gets nearer the freezer. Also there are no refrigerant pipes the back. These are covered by a solid panel on the back apart from a small ventilation area at the bottom to access compressor etc. Delivery included unpacking, removal of packaging, placing in position and the old freezer taken away for disposal which was good value at £15. Overall really pleased with this purchase

After defrosting our old freezer the red light stayed on indicating the temperature was low, And as my wife had just filled it with most of our Christmas meats Etc. she did not want to lug all that home or the hassle of claiming of the insurance. She searched for a similar sized freezer but all were smaller, which would not hold all our frozen goods, Found this one on Amazon and the delivery date was only a couple of day. The Hisense freezer is bigger on internal capacity and not much wider than the old one, it is very quiet, the internal space is well designed with large draws and two shelves for stacking boxes or flat items. Well worth considering if you are looking for a new freezer.

Great freezer goes well next to my Haier American style side by side fridge freezer, got it on a great black Friday deal and the delivery guys were very friendly polite and helpful. Can't beat the great customer service from Amazon and their Delivery Team. Very pleased. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I love Hisense Brand for quality and functionality. Freezer has Good storage capacity and ideal space for our family of 5. Temperature control is easy. Chose based on functionality and storage capacity. Unfortunately, Hisense sent a damaged freezer.Door is completely damaged beyond repairs. Never expected this from a renowned company.
