Boiler Unit Leaked
This product leaked from new, caused damage and even a plumber could not fix it as it was faulty from the start. Problem being in the expansion unit apparently. On removing the cover and inspecting the boiler unit it is shockingly low-cost: - extremely cheaply made and even if it doesn't leak initially the suspect quality would have me concerned to leave the house without flooding the place in your absence. If you have one I would uninstall it immediately - it's a liability. However the Tap unit appears much higher quality. After sales service was not helpful either: "You have installed it so you can't return it" ?! How else would you know the machine was faulty...

Potentially dangerous unit
After 5 months in use a slight leak on the cold water inlet pipe was detected. The water supply was turned off and the electrical supply disconnected. I suspected that the inlet washer was either missing as had been the case with our Severn Trent water meter so yes, it does happen, but when the cold water inlet pipe was disconnected from the main scalding steam and boiling water came out, fortunately, the small saucepan I had placed to catch any drips or cold backflow allowed me to catch the water and call for assistance from my son-in-law and I had a cloth nearby to hold the rapidly warming pipe. There should be a non return valve to prevent this happening, luckily I only received minor burns but 3 litres of scalding water is not funny Quokker!
