There are studies about potentially helping ward off standard viruses as well. I feel like since I've been on Lysine, I get very few run of the mill colds, sore throats, sinus issues, etc.. Who knows with supplements but I feel like this is one I have stayed consistent with and has made a positive impact on my overall health.

Are all lLysine supplements made from Chinese Corn liquor?

hard to tell, the original source of every item now days. The package label says blended and package in USA. No artificial colors, no preservatives, gluten free and vegetarian.

Is this an appetite stimulant?

No, at least not for me. I have been taking them since the pandemic and it’s definitely boosted my immune system tremendously.

Does All Lysine come from corn?

No, lysine comes from lots of sources - red meat, fish, eggs, etc. Lysine in this supplement is “free form” which means they are singular molecules not attached to anything. So the source isn’t important. Free form lysine from meat and free form lysine from corn is exactly the same.
