happy to see window here on time , with contractor ready to install tomorrow , But its damaged and now we have to return and reorder as he will not install as it might leak , more time wasted and no i have to reschedule , not a happy person about this at all . the next one i hope is not damaged .

Very light but strong window.
Got this to upgrade one of my windows for the laundry room. Love how light these windows are so that I can do the installation myself without needing someone to help me. Windows has dual layers, one with the glass pane and one with a mesh covering which is great for keeping bugs out but still get the air circulation you need. Windows is white and very modern looking.

Caulk Not Bonded
This window arrived well packaged with a wood frame around it for protection.The window itself is nice and well made.My issue is the silicone bead around the outer windowpane has separated from the glass on one side.I am not confident it will not leak without me cutting out the original sealant and resealing.I think 3 stars is fair.3 STARS
